Cancellation and Refund Policy
Weather-Related Cancellation:
The Spirit of
LaSalle can sail in just about any weather but we may opt to cancel if
conditions do not promise an enjoyable experience for guests. Please let
us know where you can be reached on the day of your cruise. We will call
you only if your cruise is canceled. If in doubt, or if you cannot be
reached, you may call (920) 854-2986 after 1:00 p.m. to find out the
status of your cruise.
Alternate Cruise Date:
Because of the
possibility of cancellation it is a good idea, if your itinerary allows,
to have an alternate cruise date in addition to the one you reserved. If
your cruise is canceled, ticket reservations can be transferred to
another cruise date with available space. Call (920) 854-2986 to
transfer.
Refund Policy:
If we have to
cancel a cruise due to adverse weather conditions, you will get full
refund if you cannot reschedule. Our very generous cancellation policy
allows you to cancel (without a charge) until noon on the day of your
cruise. However, a substantial charge will be made if you do not cancel
by noon and do not show up to honor the reservations you made.
